in Youth Ministry
Young people must be taught the clear commandments of God's Word. The purpose of the local church youth ministry is to equip families so that they may establish a scriptural foundation in the lives of their children. It is vital that a youth minister personally walk with God and enthusiastically work with parents.
Since the Scriptures are the only authority for the lives of young people, the Youth Ministry program is built on a sound footing of instruction in Bible doctrine and knowledge. A minimum of 128 credit hours is required to complete this program.
